An indicator/windscreen wiper combination lever integrates the controls for both the indicators and the windshield wipers. This lever allows the driver to activate the flashing lights for indicating turns or lane changes, as well as control the operation of the windshield wipers.
The lever is also called a turn signal/windshield wiper switch.
Depending on the car make and model, there can be separate levers for controlling both functions.
